It's been an EPIC 30 days at the Roundhouse in London - an intimate venue that's played host to some of the biggest names in music for a month-long festival of free shows put on by the generous folk at iTunes. This year has seen one of the most high profile line-ups to date take to the stage for a series of super-exclusive, one-off events - and we were lucky enough to be among the crowd who got to witness it. Here are our best bits…
1) Lady Gaga's completely bizarre ARTPOP debut, which included her dressed in a burka, as a mermaid, in bondage gear and dancing like a lumberjack as pigs in gas masks bounced from strings attached to the ceiling as florescent smoke poured out of their chests.
2) Being a few arms-widths away from Elton John as he performed Goodbye Yellow Brick Road followed by Rocket Man. And then promptly declared his love for Harry Styles.
3) Celebrating the release of the new Arctic Monkeys album AM*…* With the Arctic Monkeys. Who were amazing, by the way.
4) Singing Cry Me A River with the Trousersnake. Yeah, we did!
5) HAIM covering Fleetwood Mac's Oh Well. And then jumping into the crowd to steal Jelly Tots from a fan.
6) Worshipping at the well-heeled altar of Bobby G for 60 minutes… And then starting a mini mosh pit to Rocks.
7) When Dizzee Rascal brought on his surprise guest - and it was only blimmin' Jessie J. Then he kicked a giant beach ball with Robbie Williams' face on it. Brilliant.
8) The unadulterated brilliance of Ellie Goulding's set from the moment she walked on to the very last second (love <3 xx ultimate fan girl supremo Hannah Powell).
9) Shouting every single line of A-Punk back at Vampire Weekend. We did.
10) John Legend's stripped-back, jazz version of Bruce Springsteen's Dancing In The Dark. Stunning.
Until next year...
