3. Regrammed memes that literally everyone has already seen. It was funny from @fuckjerry, but after the sixth time on your feed, it’s kind of lost the lol-factor.

4. Photos of motivational chalkboard signs outside a café. Get your own material.

5. Those candid staged gym Boomerangs. We get it: if you don’t Insta your barbell squat, did you even work out?

6. Painstakingly arranged flat-lays of your luggage. Real talk: your followers don’t care what socks or hand sanitiser you’re taking on holiday. #SorryNotSorry

7. Shot-from-above brunch. Food is for eatin’, not Grammin’. Despite how pretty your matcha latte looks with a Clarendon.

8. Brightly coloured houses. Because everyone needs to see another picture of Portobello Road*. (*We really don’t.)

9. Bathtub legs. Your phone is dangerously close to water and to taking an accidental vag shot. Talk about reckless abandon. (See also hotdog legs, and fingers vs knees)
