How Do I Use Liquid Eyeliner?

With a large supply of cotton buds to hand! Gently lift your skin at the outer corner slightly with a finger, and with your eyeliner draw a line from the mid-point of the eye towards the outer corner. Then draw from the inner corner to the middle to join up. Then moisten the tip of the trusty cotton bud and neaten the line - simple as that!
