Now, the BBC is under fire because One Direction fans, Little Mix fans and Perrie Edwards' mum isn't happy about the gruesome storyline.
Debbie Edwards, Perrie's mum was among the viewers to express anger over the shocking storyline.
During the show, Debbie tweeted: "Anyone watching Holby city??? Really upset.com"

The episode - watched by five million viewers at 8pm, before the watershed - is accused of making it acceptable for online trolls to deliver death threats.
Thousands of 1D fans called for network chiefs to apologise to Perrie Edwards and her family.
The BBC said it had received about 30 official complaints so far.
A spokesman added: "The line referencing Perrie Edwards was made to emphasise the character Kayleigh's devotion to One Direction. It was absolutely not intended to be taken seriously and clearly in the context is not intended to cause offence."
