Looks like Hailey Bieber has a new favourite pair of shoes and, luckily for us, she’s been nice enough to demonstrate multiple ways to style them.
On 3 March the model uploaded a cache of photos to Instagram. In several of the shots, she wears what looks like the same pair of black, low-profile block-heel pumps with a long, square toe. It’s the kind of intentionally ugly silhouette that can’t help but look cool. They are giving ’90s minimalism. They’re giving effortlessly chic New York City gallerist. They’re almost giving orthopaedic… but in a fashion way. And they are extremely on-brand for Bieber, who’s been doing ’90s minimalism since before half the internet had even heard of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.
Walk on the wild side.
In her Instagram photos, Bieber pairs her granny pumps with a few different looks. In one photo, she wears them with low-rise black office trousers and a Chanel leather jacket. In another selfie, she’s wearing the pumps with basic jeans and a mid-length black jacket, which she accessorises with a black scarf tied around her head. In a third pic, Bieber wears the same shoes with the black trousers again, but a cobalt blue jacket instead of the black leather.

As you can see, they’re kind of a perfect compromise between a loafer and a ballet flat – substantial enough to balance out a statement jacket, but understated enough to fade into the background when necessary. As long as kitten heels and ladylike pumps remain trending for spring of 2026, a person could do worse than take a page out of Bieber’s book.
These weren’t the only shoes Hailey Bieber wore in this photo dump. Her outfits also included a mustard-yellow square-toe heel – worn with a vintage Issey Miyake egg carton set – and a pair of pointed-toe knee-high boots which she wore with a leather pencil skirt and oversized leather jacket.
You really cannot fault the woman’s dedication to the ’90s era.
