They may call London home, Gywneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have just splashed out on an EPIC Malibu beach pad for when they want a bit of Cali downtime.
According to Trulia, Gywnnie and Chris spent $14 million on the beach retreat which goes by the incredibly fancy name The Garwood Residence. Designed by top architect John Lautner, this Malibu abode is no beachhouse - it's a gated estate in the secluded Point Dume area, beloved by the A-list and home to the luxury Aman Resort.
So what's inside the new pad? Set on the area's most coveted beach, there's a space to park your yacht (perfect for yacht-loving BFFs Beyonce and Jay Z), as well as heated sandstone floors, a tennis court, gym and yoga studio for fitness-mad Gwyneth and a Chef's Kitchen so she can prepare recipes from her two cookbooks.
The pair already own properties in London, NYC and LA, but with 3,650 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, this looks like the kind of place the Paltrow-Martin clan could settle.
