OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES (the “Official Rules”)

By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of the Official Rules may, at Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
- GENERAL. These terms and conditions (which we will refer to as the “Specific Terms”) will govern the GLAMOUR BEAUTY & WELLNESS POWER LIST 2024 x CARDEN PARK HOTEL (the “Promotion” or “Competition”). These Specific Terms and the General Terms (available here: General Terms and Conditions - The Condé Nast Publications Ltd) shall govern the Promotion and in the event of any contradiction between the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. Capitalised words and expressions used but not defined herein these Specific Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.
- SPONSOR. The Condé Nast Publications Limited (“Condé Nast”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00226900 and with registered office at 1-11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6HT . Condé Nast is responsible for the operation of the Giveaway (the “Sponsor” or “Promoter”).
- PRIZE PROVIDER. Carden Park Hotel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 5936631 and registered office at Bridgemere House, Chester Road, Preston Brook, Cheshire, WA7 3BD.
- PROMOTION PERIOD. Promotion begins on 17.07.2024 at 10:00 am (UTC) and closes on 14.08.2024 at 23:59:59 pm (UTC) (“Closing Date”), by which all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.
- ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and The Isle of Man only, who are at least 18 years old at the date of entry.
- HOW TO ENTER. Visit https://condenast-interactive.typeform.com/glamourlist2024 during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or for a chance to win this Promotion. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Internet access is required. Limit: no more than one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. All qualifying entrants will be placed in a free prize-draw. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing after the Promotion Period ends from all eligible entries by 23.08.2024 (the “Drawing Date”). Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within one week from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the Promotion.
- PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive a One Night Stay for Two People at Carden Park Hotel (Chester, Cheshire). Included in the One Night Spa Retreat at The Spa at Carden package is an overnight stay with breakfast included; a morning or afternoon session in the Spa Garden and Thermal Experience, plus a 50-minute treatment each (choose from either a Foot & Scalp Ritual, Shimmering Body Ritual, Soothing Hand Ritual, Soothing Foot Ritual, Regenerating Face Ritual, Rejuvenating Ritual) and a complimentary dinner to the value of £30 per person. The one-night stay is subject to availability and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The winner will be contacted privately. The prize must be redeemed within one year of winning, or by 23.08.25. The standard Carden Park T&Cs apply. The approximate retail value of the prize is £679.
