The GLAMOUR Award winners have been giving their advice to young women and it makes for very interesting reading! The likes of Kate Hudson, Kerry Washington and Felicity Jones reveal their top tips for young women.
Kate Hudson, who won Entrepreneur of the Year, said: "I think it would start with knowing yourself that your instincts as women are usually right on and that they should be trusted."
Felicity Jones, our Film Actress of the Year, revealed: "Be different. Be yourself… Wear eccentric things", while our Theatre Actress of the Year winner Gillian Anderson told young women "To be kinder to themselves".
For Columnist of the Year Caitlin Moran, it was all about "long country walks", "masturbation" and "revolution".
Editor's Special Award winner Ellie Kemper told women to be "confident in your own opinions".
Fearne Cotton said "live your own experience and own life", while Olympian and our Sportswoman of the Year Laura Trott said "not to be afraid to ambitious".
Claudia Winkleman, the night's host and Presenter of the Year with Tess Daly told women to live for the moment and "have lots of sex and cake".
