The daughter of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Holes frontwoman Courtney Love decided to call time on her marriage to 31-year-old rocker Isaiah Silva in March after 21 months together.
Frances apparently made clear in her divorce documents that Silva, who in plays for rock band The Eeries, will not be allowed to make a claim for her dad's estate, worth an estimated $450 million.
However, Frances has agreed to pay him $12,000 a month in temporary spousal support until the divorce is over and $15,000 towards his legal fees.
