Joe and Jake have wonEurovision: You Decide and will now represent the United Kingdom in Stockholm with the songYou're Not Alone.
After winning the other five hopefuls, the boys said winning "means the world to us, we are very proud indeed, we couldn't be happier.
"The paid had been praised by the judges for their chemistry on stage - "that comes down to being good friends".Talking about their visit to Stockholm for the Eurovision song contest, they said: "we want it to be a big performance, so we will see if we can pull a few tricks out our sleeves.""We owe it to the public to try and win that trophy. It is an absolute privilege to represent the United Kingdom. Tonight has gone well and we now need to look forward."
Eurovision is set to be a little bit different this year as six hopefuls will take to the stage in Eurovision: You Decide before we - the public - chose who we want to represent us in the actual show.
The six acts hoping to be sent to Sweden for Eurovision 2016 have been announced. Here's what you need to know about them…
Genre: Pop
Who are they? The Voice fans might recognise Joe Woolford and Jake Shakeshaft from the 2015 series of the show. The pair, who were competing in the series, have teamed up to for a Eurovision super-group. Joe made up part of Will.I.Am's team and Jake, part of Rita Ora's.
Genre: Pop
Who are they? Singer songwriter Karl, is originally from Liverpool and is self-taught in playing the guitar. In the past he's been part of a Beatles tribute act.
Genre: Folk
Who are they? Dulcima Showan and Tomas Twyman met when they were both busking on the streets of Canterbury, Kent. For the contest, they will sing an original song written by Tom, titled When You Go.
Genre: Pop
Who are they? Bianca Claxton is a singer from Nottingham who is a classically trained soprano and cellist. Previous accolades include supporting Shakira and The Black Eyed Peas on tour.
Genre: Pop
Who are they? 44-year-old Matthew James, found brief fame in the 90s when he was part of Bad Boys Inc. He now performs with his band, Madhen.
Genre: Country pop
Who are they? Duo Darline consist of Abby Inez, 20, from Worcester, and Cara Beth Beard, 18, from Hertfordshire. the pair will perform their song Until Tomorrow.
