Sir Elton John has voiced his concerns for the health of his friend and fellow pop star, Lady Gaga. The British singer-songwriter admitted that he worries about Gaga's health when the New York-born singer is constantly touring, saying that she "doesn't eat when she should". In an interview with The Guardian, John revealed: "I look at Gaga and I think, 'How does she do it?' I talk to her mum and dad about it. They worry." He added: "She is frail, and she doesn't eat when she should do, and she's a girl, and it's tougher for a girl. She works really hard. She will be in Denmark one night and Saudi Arabia the next. I know how tiny she is and I do worry about her, yes." The music industry stalwart also opened up about choosing Gaga as godmother for his one-year-old son Zachary, saying: "When you get to the real person under there, there's a real simple person under there who loves her parents."
