It didn't take long for President Donald Trump to weigh in on the tragic events at London Bridge last weekend.
First, he tweeted his support for the UK and also used the terror attack to push his travel ban agenda.
Next, he went after London Mayor Sadiq Khan, taking the mayor's words completely out of context:
After this, a spokesperson for Khan said he had "more important things to do than respond to Donald Trump's ill-informed Tweet". Trump responded:
And guess what? People are not happy at Trump for going after Khan - and have been taking to Twitter to warn him off and stand up for our mayor:
