On Friday morning Chris Brown suffered a non-epileptic seizure in LA.

The Forever singer was working at a studio when the seizure occurred, brought on by "intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress" according to a statement made by his publicist Nicole Perna, who blamed "the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity" for Chris' condition.

The 24-year-old was examined but not taken to hospital. On Saturday he tweeted:

"They won't love u until u r a memory..."(SIC)

This comes on the heels of Brown threatening to retire after the release of his albumXlater this month. He took to Twitter on Tuesday to clarify:

"Don't worry mainstream America. After this X album, it'll probably be my last album." And then added: "Being famous is amazing when it's for ur music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I'm cool & over it!" The singer's probation from his 2009 assault of Rihanna was revoked in July in connection with a hit-and-run case in May in which Brown refused to hand over his drivers license.
