Karl Lagerfeld has tapped into Chanel's French heritage as inspiration for the latest beauty look worn by models in his spring/summer 16 couture show. And we're not referring to the gorgeous architecture or stunning art, but rather the country's national pastry: the croissant.
Yep, models (including Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner) had their hair fixed into sharp middle-partings and then slicked back and styled into large, perfectly-round, croissant-shaped buns on the back of the head.
Be prepared to see croissant-shaped up-dos hitting every wedding and red-carpet this summer.
