When Beyoncé attends an awards show, we pay attention — and take copious notes on every aspect of her glam. What's she wearing? How did she style her hair? Is Blue Ivy there? It's not just an appearance, it's an event.

Bey appeared at the 2024 iHeart Radio Awards on April 1, accepting the Innovator Award from Stevie Wonder in a full Cowboy Carter ‘fit complete with a black cowboy hat, fringed leather jacket, and matching leather pants.

Her platinum blonde hair flowed out from beneath said hat in undone waves, cascading past her shoulders, down her back, and ending right at the top of her hips. It just keeps going … and going … and going. (Much like the hits on Cowboy Carter, which is now my new favourite Beyoncé album.)

The waves are long, soft, and loose, the kind of style that would look amazing flying through the air while on horseback. As usual, Bey’s hair was styled by her longtime collaborator Neal Farinah using products from her haircare line Cécred.

Though Beyoncé is often blonde, she's been extra blonde throughout the Renaissance and Cowboy Carter eras.

During the Renaissance tour in summer 2023, the musician was all about “crème brûlée blonde," then began dabbling with silvery platinum tones for the premiere of the Renaissance film and the cover of the Cowboy Carter album.

She's also been feeling longer lengths, like the super-long, super-sleek pony she wore to support Taylor Swift at her Eras Tour film premiere.

One that was missing from her iHeart Radio Awards look was the “Texan French” manicure she's been wearing throughout 2024, a white-tipped set embellished with turquoise charms.

In its place was a long, almond-shaped sheer nude mani. Bey's makeup artist Rokael used similar subtle tones on her face, including delicately sparkly champagne shadow, peachy blush, and lip gloss.

If Beyoncé tours Cowboy Carter — and the rumour mill is spinning that she just might — can you even imagine the looks the Beyhive will turn out for the show?

Think cowboy hats, blonde curls, line-dancing, and turquoise-tipped manicures. It'll be a major beauty and fashion event, so start planning your potential look … now.
