The King and Queen of R'n'B were due to move into the seven-bedroom £100,000 property last weekend, but just as they were about to, they learned that the LA-based Treats magazine were holding a star-studded pre-Oscars bash there. Ooh, imagine how furious they were.
A real estate source said: "Jay-Z and Beyonce had planned to move in last weekend but then the landlord broke the news that there was an Oscars party there.
"So they had to put their move off and wait a week. In the meantime, they, along with their daughter Blue Ivy, stayed at the Beverly Hills hotel. They love it there."
Anyway, no crying over spilt milk, the pair have finally moved into their new home, which is in LA's Holmby Hills. Just down the road from Kim and Kanye apparently.
Their new family home has a 75-foot long gallery, an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and a tennis court.
They are renting it but it is currently on the market for £20 million.
