Cocktail ingredients: 1.5 Gin, 0.75 Elderflower Liqueur, 2 oz Pineapple Juice, 1 oz Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon appx), 0.75 oz Grenadine, 1 Egg White, 2 dashes lavender bitters.

Method: “In the last days of spring, we bring you this fantastic sipper. The Garden Sour. This drink is very loosely based on an Aviation, but in place of luxardo we added pineapple, grenadine, lemon, and egg white. This creates a very drinkable experience while blending nicely with the gin and elderflower. In the end, the whole experience leaves your mouth feeling rich, refreshed, and wanting more. Mix one up and enjoy!"
