Now the hot weather might put you off from a long fringe but if your hair naturally falls in that way, who are we to defy gravity? Ultimately summer won't be around forever. Also, a bobbed fringe just hits different this time of the year. Picture this: she's short and flicky weather appropriate and but also with a splash of fun. Pruning back overgrown layers is its own mini cleanse, that's why we predict we'll see a trend for going even shorter in order to feel extra fresh.

For a trendy spin on the style, midi fringes (cut back above brows) will make an appearance over  summer, and bobs will hit jawbones and higher. However, swooshy curtain fringes and heavy, full-looking bobs are a beautiful and classic nod to the trend, that always looks beautiful.

Short fringe, long bob

The midi fringe looks cool and modern. The longer-length bob is versatile enough to style into low pontails or a micro bun.

The Frenchie bob
