Bella and Tyler haven't been shy about sharing their sizzling romance with the 24-year-old actor sharing a shot of them in bed together with his dog Roxy on Bella's 19th birthday.
He wrote: "I love these women. My red haired beauties. Happy birthday my love @bellathorne sorry I was a couple of hours late, I was too distracted by your face."
The Shake It Off star celebrated the last year of her teens by getting her nose pieces at Body Electric Tattoo and Piercing in LA.
Bella, who split with boyfriend Gregg Sulkin at the beginning of last month, recently came out as bisexual in August to her 6.5m followers on Twitter.
