MAFS Australia is back on E4 as of this week — and so far, the season is promising all of the drama and romance that we could have hoped for. The show sees relationship experts pairing up total strangers who “marry” after meeting for the first time at the altar. They then spend a few weeks of “married” life, when they meet the other couples and go through weekly couples therapy sessions — in front of the other couples, naturally. In other words, it's the perfect breeding ground for the best kind of reality TV chaos.
One of the early favourite couples? Dave and Jamie. Here's everything we know about the adorable pair so far…
The couple ended up being one of the most controversial pairings this season.

What has happened between Jamie and Dave on MAFS Australia so far?
Jamie and Dave were paired up by the series 12 experts, Mel Schilling, John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla. After meeting at their wedding in an industrial warehouse, they quickly seemed to hit it off. Dave gushed that he had “zero reservations” about moving forward, while Jamie said the experts “deserve a bloody raise” for pairing her with Dave. Dave added, “Jamie’s going to be a ball of fun, she’s quirky, she’s funny… very early days but I feel something, so I’m looking forward to feeling more." So far, so great.
After their wedding, they went into confessions week — and this went pretty well, too. Dave even confessed, "I really like her, she makes me laugh, she keeps me on my toes… she's everything. Don't tell her I said this." Um, cute!
Dearly Beloved, it's time to gather around your TV screens.

That's pretty much all we've seen so far here in the UK — however, the series is airing a little earlier over in Australia. If you're looking for spoilers, we can confirm that things continue to go well for the couple in the weeks to come.
Are MAFS Australia's Jamie and Dave still together?
As the series is still airing, this information is still top secret.
However, there are a few hints that things are still going well. For one thing, the pair still follow each other on Instagram. They have also taken part in TV interviews together, which is another sign that if they're not together together, they at least ended on pretty good terms.
Jamie has even spoken about her relationship in the press. “I definitely want to have babies,” she said to Woman's Day. “Sign me up for that minivan.”
She added, “I was definitely there [in the show] with the question too, though. I was like, ‘Yeah, Dave when are we having babies?’”
We can't wait for another serving of the drama.
