Arctic Monkeys celebrated the release of AM with a brilliant one-off show at the Roundhouse in Camden last night.
In true iTunes Festival style, the band took the opportunity during their headlining slot at the month-long free music festival to play a whole host of new tracks from their fifth studio album.
Ever the teddy boy, Turner once again took on his full all-American greaser persona as he introduced songs such as Do I Wanna Know? , R U Mine? , Arabella and Snap Out Of It.
Among the biggest crowd-pleasers of the evening were the two guest-stars: Bill Ryder-Jones, who joined the band on guitar when they performed Fireside, and Miles Kane, who took to the stage for the last song, 505.
Other hits included Fluorescent Adolescent, Dancing Shoes and Brianstorm.
Arctic Monkeys were supported by fellow Sheffield band Drenge, who thrashed through a selection of grunge-y, angst-ridden tracks from their self-titled debut album, which was released last month.
The iTunes Festival continues tonight with a headline set from Jake Bugg. He is supported by Valerie June.
