Ant and Dec are the nation's most desired Christmas day guests, beating the Queen, Kate Middleton and David Beckham in a survey of British households.
The research, by Travelodge, showed that over half of British households find visiting family annoying, and would rather spend the day with a celebrity.
The comedy duo Ant and Dec were in first place, swiftly followed by Kate Middleton, The Queen and Prince Harry, showing that Britons really want a royal guest at their table this year.
After Prince Harry came comedienne Miranda Hart, presenter Holly Willoughby and singing sensation Taylor Swift.
Surprisingly, a politician came in next (Boris Johnson, sorry Dave), followed by David Beckham (sorry, Victoria) and Prince Charles (sorry, Camilla).
The survey of 2,500 adults showed that 60% of British women find hosting Christmas for guests one of the most stressful jobs of the year, with 68% saying that their mothers-in-laws were the worst guests because they tried to take over the catering.
The top ten most desired Christmas guests were:
Ant and Dec
The Duchess of Cambridge
The Queen
Prince Harry
Miranda Hart
Holly Willoughby
Taylor Swift
Boris Johnson
David Beckham
Prince Charles
