Here's a charity initiative we can definitely get behind: Alphabet Scarves, a fab new project created by Matalan to raise money and awareness for Alder Hey Children's Hospital, and which is being supported by a whole host of celebs, from Tinie Tempah and Abbey Clancy, to Britney Spears and Nicola Roberts.

The celebs have been raising awareness of the Liverpool hospital by posing in their own lettered scarves - and of course, we wanted to get our hands on one the minute we saw them. Being charitable while looking good? It's a no brainer.

The scarves will be sold in a variety of colours in Matalan stores across the UK and online, for £10 (and £5 for children's scarves), with all the profits going straight to a new state-of-the-art children's hospital, education and research centre, 'Alder Hey in the Park', which will open in 2015.
