While it may be a few weeks until awards season (or, rather, ‘red carpet season’ as fashion fans see it) officially kicks off, last night saw the 2023 Academy Museum Gala take place in Los Angeles – and when we tell you that the bar has already been set for those upcoming red carpets, we're not lying.
Staged in order to raise funds for the museum’s exhibitions and public programming, the Academy Museum Gala is to Hollywood what the Met Gala is to fashion. And, accordingly, it was bursting with A-listers.
With everyone from Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber to Zoë Kravitz, Dua Lipa, Oprah and Selena Gomez in attendance, it's no wonder the red carpet saw some pretty major fashion moments.
