The Promoter

3. The Competition will be open for entries from 10:00:00 on 04.01.2023 until 23:59:59 on 25.01.2023 (the Closing Date).

5. The Competition is open to permanent residents of the UK, Channel Islands, and The Isle of Man only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry 'Eligible participants'.

10. The Promotion is limited to strictly one entry per person. Prize Details

12. The prize is a one-night stay for two in a king bedroom at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa on the Modern Alchemy Spa Break, which includes the use of the spa facilities, one 90-minute ESPA Modern Alchemy Harmonising or Empowering Rituals treatment per person, a one-course lunch, glass of prosecco and dinner in Squires 2AA rosette restaurant (up to £35 per person), along with a full English breakfast, PLUS a complimentary ESPA gift worth £35. The prize is subject to availability, dates exclude Newmarket race days, Tattersalls sales dates and special events, and is valid for 12 months. Please note that the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative experience. Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa’s standard Terms & Conditions apply. The ESPA Wellness Wonders Collection is a separate prize for one runner-up and the prize cannot be exchanged for a cash or alternative experience.

Winner Notification and Claim

13. The potential winners will be notified within 1 week after the relevant closing date using the contact details used for entry.

14. The winner will have 1 week to confirm acceptance of their prize otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner. The prize will be valid from 1 March 2023 - 29 February 2024

15. Any inaccuracy in the contact details or postal details provided may delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter is not liable for such delay or non-delivery. Any items returned to sender will be considered unwanted.

16. Winners are responsible for providing correct contact details and information for themselves if and when requested. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
