How to recreate 8 of Sex and the City's most memorable looks today (yes, including Samantha's)
Can you believe it? It was over 20 years ago that we first heard that painfully catchy theme tune as we watched a young Carrie Bradshaw spin in a minuscule tutu in the centre of New York City for the opening credits of Sex and The City .
It may feel as though the time has flown, but when Carrie Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed earlier this week that it is set to be return for a new 10-episode series, And Just Like That, we felt more than ready for its revival. Even, ahem, if the one and only Samantha Jones is missing from the line-up...
While we've seen ourselves obsess over a frighteningly large number of TV series since, nothing quite compares to SATC when it comes to the wardrobe department (Gossip Girl was a strong contender but even Blair Waldorf's twee skirt suits have nothing on Samantha's shoulder pads or Carrie's delightfully minuscule skirts).
"A new chapter begins…"

Remember series three, episode thirteen (the true fans amongst us do) when Charlotte darts across the airport terminal in a heavenly ombré pink midi dress and Burberry luggage bags? If you thought you'd never get your hands on a similar look, we've done all the research for you to live out that particular sartorial fantasy.
How about Samantha's epic fuchsia trouser suit that she paired with that iconic Chanel tote?
It's all well and good reminiscing, but we all know that fashion has changed and our own tastes have moved on. That's no reason not to look to these memorable looks for some serious inspo, though.
Wondering how to channel your inner Carrie/Samantha/Charlotte/Miranda sartorially without looking like you're stuck in the early 00s? (Even if our hearts still are.)
We've picked some of our favourite fashion moments from the core four and recreated them for the millennial shopper...
