Channel your inner girly-girl and recreate the classic half up, half down look. Extremely simple to do, section the top layer of your hair and tie in a pretty bobble or clip. Voila.

Well, it wouldn't feel like brighter days are coming if waves weren't in season. Take your curling tongs and wrap larger sections of your hair around it. Once you've done this to your whole head, loosely comb your hair through with your fingertips to blend the sections.

Begin by combing your hair back whilst you blast a hairdryer on it in the same direction, until the hair is shaped drawing back over the skull. Take a gel, wax or gum based hair product and using a pea-sized amount on your fingertips brush your hair back with your hands. Finish with a generous spritz of hairspray and either leave it down for a more casual vibe or pin it up.
