We all know TV and GLAMOUR Awards' winner James Corden'. The guy who played Smithy inGavin and Stacey, is a regular presenter on award shows the nation over, and the man responsible for the greatest chat show skit concept of all time (we're talking about Carpool Karaoke on his Late Late Show, obviously).
But what about the James we're less familiar with?
Who knew the Brit comedy hero won a Tony Award for his performance in a play, used to have a big crush on a famous popstar, and has a mega-fan in the shape of Anna Wintour?

Carpool Karaoke has seen big names from One Direction to Justin Bieber taking the passenger seat, but there's one man James has yet to pin down.
Speaking to British GQ, James revealed that Kanye West had been booked in for his slot in the skit twice, but something came up both times.
But the rapper was sorry on both occasions, even giving James gifts in the form of Yeezys and "three dozen white roses, arranged in the shape of a cube."

She had a speech and had a list of people she wanted to thank." We reckon she forgave him considering she went on Carpool (and is the most viewed one yet).

James met his current wife, Julia Cary, in 2010 after the pair were introduced by Corden’s former housemate, Dominic Cooper. The pair hit it off straight away and got married in a lavish wedding ceremony in 2012.
Speaking to Ross King on Lorraine recently, James said he owed his stateside success to his wife. "All credit to my wife, who agreed to move when our daughter was five weeks old and our son was three," he said. "It was a massive undertaking."

“We never fell out, it was never that. We were one person for a long time," James said. “Things were offered to us after Gavin and Stacey and we just rushed into them. If I have one regret, it was we just rushed those things."
James continued: "In one year we spent 263 days together and we went from that to nothing. We didn’t speak for a few months. We both had to find and establish ourselves outside the two of us. We never planned to be a double act."
Speaking about James in return, Matthew said he is "still the same old James - he’s just being paid millions to chat to Hollywood megastars”.

James is reportedly worth a massive £10 million taking into account his success in the US.
It's a good thing, as the star was recently hit with a £709,395 tax bill after shutting down JK Corden Limited - a company which he’d opened in 2003 after Gavin and Stacey - which advisors managed to battle down to an undisclosed smaller sum.It shouldn't be too hard for him to pay it off.

The house had been for sale for $24,000,000 but is thought to have been taken off the market now that it has been rented out to the Late Late Show television host.

The star who will front our July issue, spoke about the women in his life and equal rights, during his acceptance speech: "I've been very lucky that my whole life and career has been shaped by some very amazing women ... The truth is, wearing that t-shirt on that magazine [our July issue], it didn't even occur to me that it would be anything that would even be considered as brave, because I don't think it should be. I long for the day when it isn't a time where we talk about women's rights or equality or any of those things, and it would just be a matter of fact of the world that we're living in."
