You've been re-heating pizza the wrong way FOREVER
Everyone loves leftover pizza, but if a cold meat feast isn't your thing then you're probably well acquainted with heating up yours in a microwave. Of course all pizza is good pizza, but a soggy slice isn't what you want on a hangover and now we have the answer.
An image from a New York restaurant called Roberta's has gone viral, revealing how you can warm up a slice to leave the bottom crispy and the cheese gooey. The dream. All you'll need is a frying pan.
Just put your pizza in an empty pan on a medium to low heat and cook for a couple of minutes until the bottom is crispy. Then put two drops of water (and an optional drizzle of oil) in to the pan and turn the heat down, before covering to melt the cheese.
And there you have a perfectly re-heated pizza. Enjoy!
