Hot Olympic Men: The hotties from Rio '16 and Olympics past

It's not just Team GB we're cheering for. The Olympics have forever been inundated with hotties from around the world. Check out these fine figures of men we've spotted from Rio 2016 so far and Olympic Games past…
Getty ImagesTeddy Riner
We're a little bit smitten with French judoka star Teddy Riner - he could wrestle us to the floor any time he wants. Did you know that Teddy became the first male judoka ever to win seven gold medals at the World Judo Championships. Nope? Neither did we. More of him, please.
Getty ImagesMichael Phelps
The most successful Olympian of all times, he currently has 22 gold medals (and a few silvers and bronze too). He retired after the London Olympics but announced his comeback in 2014. And we were very pleased to see him in his trunks again.
Getty ImagesMax Whitlock
Max Whitlock’s bronze medal win in the individual all-around gymnastics was the first medal win for a Brit in 108 years! Super Max, who is definitely easy on the eye, also has a great chance on a medal in the pommel horse, he is the current world champion and did qualify top at the Olympics. We are keeping everything crossed.
Getty ImagesChad Le Clos
The South African swimmer won gold at the London Olympics in the 200m butterfly, beating his hero Michael Phelps by 0.05 seconds. Sadly for Chad, Phelps just reclaimed his olympic title in Rio. His father Bert also became an internet hero after his fantastically emotional support of his son.

Currently our most successful British gymnast, he could win a medal in the pommel horse at Rio. We’ve got our fingers crossed for you and your incredibly muscly arms, Max.
Getty ImagesLouis Smith
Lovely Louis proved he’s nearly as good a dancer as he is a gymnast after winning Strictly in 2012. After a less successful team outing in the opening week of Rio, he could still get on that podium in the individual pommel horse event, for which he previously won silver at the 2012 Olympics, and bronze at the 2008 Olympics.

This tatooed gymnast with remarkably good hair won silver for Germany at London 2012. Hald-Viatnamese, he is a former soldier who swapped his military uniform for the form-fitting lycra of his Olympic kit.
Getty ImagesTom Daley and Dan Goodfellow
Double bubble! The synchronised divers took the bronze in Rio - and their reaction was so cute. The pair actually moved in together in the run up to Rio so there lives were totally in sync.
Rex FeaturesAdam Peaty
The 21-year-old swam his way to victory last night in Rio. But of equal importance: have you seen his bod? He's owed a quick Google, trust us.
Getty ImagesTom Daley
There’s no denying the appeal of synchronised diver Tom Daley. We can't wait to see him in Rio.
PA PhotosJames Ellington
The 200 metres has never been so appealing thanks to resident Team GB hottie James Ellington. Here he is for London 2012.
Getty ImagesRobbie Grabraz
Leaping to bronze in the high jump in London 2012? Man candy Robbie Grabraz, that’s who.
PA PhotosIsiah Young
US sprinter Isiah Young has been running through our minds all day…
Rex FeaturesRyan Lochte
Ryan Lochte’s not exactly difficult to look at, either. We’ll be honest – we never wanted the swimming events to end. Here he was four years ago in London.
Rex FeaturesRoger Federer
We just couldn’t keep our eyes of Federer in red.
Rex FeaturesUsain Bolt
Never have we seen muscles so well defined on a man that you can practically count the individual fibres. The fastest man in the world is also one of the hottest. We'll be watching out for him in Rio.
Getty ImagesYohan Blake
And so is Bolt’s team mate Yohan Blake. Those Jamaican boys have really got it going awwwn…
PA PhotosChad Le Clos
“Look at him, he’s so beautiful…” Chad Le Clos’ dad said after the South African swimmer beat Michael Phelps to win gold in the 200 metre butterfly in 2012. We couldn’t agree more, and we'll be tuning in for the Rio '16 race, too.
PA PhotosLouis Smith
Suddenly, women the world over became experts on the pommel horse event when the moustachioed Louis Smith took to the gymnastics floor and won the silver for Team GB in 2012. We'll be looking out for him in Rio, too.
Getty ImagesGreg Rutherford
How have we never noticed flame-haired hottie Greg Rutherford before he leapt to gold medal victory in the long jump in London 2012? A crime, we tell thee!
Rex FeaturesBen Ainslie
There really is someone for everyone to ogle in the Olympics. Like your men sea-faring, rugged and a little bit angry? The greatest Olympic sailor of all time, Team GB’s Ben Ainslie, is definitely your man.
PA PhotosCamille Lacourt
You can always count on Team France to produce a few hotties. Yet another swimmer we couldn’t keep our eyes off last Olympics? Camille Lacourt, obvs.
Getty ImagesFergus Kavanagh
How much more interesting did field hockey get when Fergus Kavanagh took to the field for Team Aus? Very, is the answer.
PA PhotosClemente Russo
Italy’s Clemente Russo is a force to be reckoned with. And not just in the boxing ring, either.
PA PhotosAaron Ramsey
Team GB footballer Aaron Ramsey certainly caught our attention last Olympics.
Getty ImagesChris Tomlinson
That mop of blonde hair. Those biceps. That face. GB long jumper Chris Tomlinson is a whole lotta man.
Getty ImagesPhilipp Boy
Well, hello Philipp Boy! We really do love the gymnastics. Especially when this fine German specimen is involved.
PA PhotosGiuseppe Lanzone
Those arms, THAT FACE. USA rower Giuseppe Lanzone – consider yourself well and truly crushed on.
Getty ImagesAldo Montano
Fencing just got hot. Like, seriously hot. Thank you Italy for producing the beautiful Aldo Montano.
PA PhotosAnthony Ogogo
He has to be one of the hottest Brits we’ve got to offer. Boxers really don’t come much prettier than Anthony Ogogo. We like his angry face.
PA PhotosDemetrius Pinder
He might have come last in the men’s 400 metre final in 2012, but Bahamian sprinter Demetrius Pinder is always first on our crush list.
Getty ImagesThe Borlée Twins
Belgian twins Jonathan and Kevin Borlée might be rivals on the 400m race track, but we’d find it pretty hard to choose between them.
Getty ImagesAdam Gemili
British 100 metre sprinter Adam Gemeli sure set our pulses racing in the semis. Phwoar. He's also tipped for victory in Rio. Rooting for you, Adam.
PA PhotosJuan Martin Del Potro
This Argentinian tennis player really caught our attention at Wimbledon. All 6ft 6in of him.
Rex FeaturesChris Paul
Nothing like a fit dude in a basketball vest dunking his way to Olympic glory. Enter Chris Paul.
PA PhotosChristophe Lemaitre
Who’s Lemaitre, we hear you cry? Only a ridiculously attractive Olympic French 200 metre sprinter, that’s who. Let. Us. At. Him.
Getty ImagesChris Mears
Ladies, let us draw your attentions back to the diving. Mostly, so you can cop a load of Team GB synchronised hottie Chris Mears and his extremely impressive body. And you thought it was all about Tom Daley…
Getty ImagesChris Mears
In fact, he's so hot, we thought we'd include him twice. You're welcome.
PA PhotosJason Kenny
Our crush on gold medallist Jason Kenny knows no bounds.
PA PhotosMarcel Nguyen
German gymnast Marcel Nguyen vaulted his way to silver in 2012 – and into our hearts.
PA PhotosJames Magnussen
Aussie swimmer James Magnussen certainly sent temperatures soaring in the Aquatic Centre.
PA PhotosNathan Adrian
What is it with the US swim team? It’s just packed with hotness. Nathan Adrian gives Lochte a run for their money.
PA PhotosDavid Boudia & Nick McCrory
US divers David Boudia and McCrory should be in a boyband. Or something.
