Harry Styles opens up about his sexuality: "I don’t feel like it’s something I’ve ever felt like I have to explain about myself”
Harry Styles has been in the center of the spotlight this month. After the release of his much anticipated solo album, his BBC Radio 1 interview on Taylor Swift, his gig covering Kanye West, and his new girlfriend asking fans for mercy; Harry is all we've been talking about.
And all the juiciness of the star's solo-debut-life doesn't stop there. In a recent interview with Bizarre, Harry opened up about his sexuality.
When the journalist asked Styles about sexuality in pop music and referenced Miley Cyrus' coming out as pansexual a couple years ago, Harry gave an in depth answer:
"Being in a creative field, it's important to be progressive. People doing stuff like that is great. It's weird for me —everyone should just be who they want to be".
But his progressive views, go further than that (it's 2017, after all). The singer - who was rumoured to be bisexual, but denied it in 2013 - was asked if he feels the need to personally label his sexuality, Harry replied: “No, I’ve never felt the need to really...I don’t feel like it’s something I’ve ever felt like I have to explain about myself”.
Simples.
