The best (and worst!) moments from TV's First Dates
First Dates is our favourite show on TV right now - well, apart from Gogglebox , that is. Here are some of our favourite moments from the First Dates restaurant...

Channel 4Louise and Cameron
How cute were this pair in their matching camel-coloured ensembles? We were a tad worried when Cameron went down the, 'So, you're just a waitress?' route but redeemed himself when he told the story about crying in his mum and dad's bed after his ex got with someone else. Bless him.
Chemistry: Total chemistry between this pair - especially when they both removed each other's dating profiles from one another's phone. If that's not a sign of true love, we don't know what is!
Are they together now? Apparently so, yes. They joked that it could be the first First Dates wedding. Watch this space.
Channel 4Kate & Dean
Channel 4 bosses replay bits from Kate and Dean's date every single week, we feel like we could recite their date word for word. This pair were so cute - Dean was thrilled when he met redhead Kate, and due to the fact that Kate had a penchant for Indian guys, she was happy as Larry.
Chemistry: Loads. Dean was a total gentleman, and Kate brought the giggles.
Are they together now? We really really hope so! They said they'd be going on a second date together, and they really really liked each other.
Channel 4Anna & the Dreamboy
Oi oi! Anna returned to the First Dates restaurant - sober this time - and was treated to the very buff Junior, a Dreamboy from Birmingham.
Chemistry: Not sure. At times, yes. The pair got along, he liked how fun she was, and she liked his, um, body, and they appeared to get along nicely.
Are they together now? We actually don't know. They never said at the end of the show... Anna did say she'd see him again, so long as he wears "THIS" clothing. It's worth noting that at this point he was shirtless.
Channel 4Charlotte & Charlie
Charlie was born female, and is currently undergoing gender reassignment. Was Charlotte fazed by this? Well, it did render her speechless, but she was absolutely fine by it.
Chemistry: It looked like Charlie fancied Charlotte, but whether it was reciprocated, we couldn't tell. They agreed to a second date though.
Are they together now? No, we don't think so. They went for drinks after the show but their romance didn't go any further. Shame.
Channel 4Dan & Adam
We knew this pair would be a good match! Painter and decorator Adam had "no filter" when it comes to date-time conversation. He admitted to a waitress before his date Dan arrived: "I don't have a filter, what I think in here it comes straight out."
Chemistry: There were a lot of 'sexy eyes' happening between the two.
Are they together now? Apparently so! Excellent news. We adored Dan's smiley face.
Channel 4Lynne & Jake
Lynn said she's met enough double Ds during her time as a single gal - that's Dickhead Dates, fyi. But that was until she met Jake who was just adorable. They revelled that they lived close to one another, that they liked the same places, the same food and they both had a child.
Chemistry: Forget chemistry, this was like watching a romantic comedy. They were made for each other. Our fave bit was when Jake rang up his friend and said that he'd met his dream woman.
Are they together now? You bet. They're even talking about moving in together.
Channel 4Abi & Mark
You'll remember Abi for being 'orrible to her date, Mark. He walked in looking all dapper and lovely, and she basically told him he was the opposite of her type, that he was boring and that he was boring. It made for awkward TV.
Chemistry: At first, no. We thought Mark might make a move, but nope he stayed and ploughed on through. And yep, he broke down her walls and they actually ended up getting along. To say we were shocked is an understatement.
Are they together now? We know they've been on THREE dates! And that's two too many for our liking...
Channel 4Louisa & Will
What. A. Legend. As soon as Louisa started talking we knew we'd love her. Granted, she was kooky but she was also funny, endearing and just down-right ace. We very much enjoyed hearing her talk about that time she dressed up as Exeter Cathedral for Halloween, and when she asked "How do you greet a MALE on a date?" and should she curtsy.
Chemistry: Well, all the viewers loved her...
Are they together now? No, she's not with date number 1, but perhaps she'll find love when she hits the First Dates restaurant for the second time.
Channel 4Sam & Amy
We had serious high hopes for this couple - we liked her honesty and we liked how sensitive he was. Don't be fooled by those tattoos - Sam the musician opened up about the death of his father during his date, and how he loves his mum. Bless him.
Chemistry: It looked like they were at total ease with one another. She was hot, he was hot, surely it was destiny.
Are they together now? No! Can you believe it? They both described it as the best blind date they ever had, but alas, it wasn't meant to be.
Channel 4Alex & Georgia
This was the BEST moment of First Dates, without a doubt! Georgia was stood up by her date, so proceeded to get a little tipsy at the bar. In walks Alex, who was there to meet another lady, but you could tell he and Georgia had epic chemistry.
Chemistry: First time around, HELL YES. Georgia returned to the First Dates restaurant, and little did she know, Alex was there to join her, it was like a fairytale. Sort of.
Are they together now? Bizarrely, no! We were gutted this pair didn't go the distance... But he can call us anytime.
