Wedding guest outfit ideas: The evening edition
So, the bad news is, you've made the B-list. You're not quite good enough friends (or close enough on the family tree) to see this person actually tie the knot, or listen to their dad's speech. BUT they do want to party the night away with you. And here's the good news; the evening reception is where all the fun happens.
It also opens up a lot more options in the outfit department. You don't need to pick something church appropriate or weather resistant (almost all weddings have moved undercover by 7pm) and things will have veered toward the party side of proceedings by your arrival. Ditch your go-to knee-length floral dress and think outside the box; how about a pair of tailored printed trousers and a glittery cami top? Or a metallic shift dress and heels? Make sure you're the best-dressed arrival since the bride by shopping our edit, below.
