Catherine very rarely wears a tiara, and the one sported here belonged to the Queen, and was the late Princess Diana's favourite.
Kate teamed her diamonds with a bespoke Jenny Packham dress, the same one worn to her first state banquet back in 2015.
This is the fifth time that Kate has been seen wearing one of the Queen’s heirlooms - the first being at her wedding.
