According to LinkedIn's Job Satisfaction Report released today, only two in five UK women (43%) are 'very' or 'completely' fulfilled at work, while 57 per cent of us would willingly take a pay cut to be happier at work, and 64 per cent would even take a pay cut to have better work-life balance. But maybe the answer is just to work in a really kick-ass environment.
