All Grown Up

Taylor, Kristen, Hayden, Scarlett: the red carpet's current A-list aren't as new to the star scene as you may think - we dig back through the Hollywood archives to find their childhood red carpet snaps. Weren't they cute!?
RexMackezie Foy, 2012
Remember little Mackenzie Foy? She was Edward and Bella's daughter, Renesmee Cullen in Twilight: Breaking Dawn 2.
GettyMackenzie Foy All Grown Up
A 14-year-old Mackenzie made quite an impression in Cannes, where she attended the premiere of her movie The Little Prince. She worked the Princess Grace look to a tee.
Rex FeaturesEmma Watson, 2001
Hitting her first premiere almost ten years ago for her movie debut Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone - little Emma looks far from the chic and celebrated fashionista and cover girl she is today.
PA PhotosEmma Watson All Grown Up
Fast forward a decade and a sultry, fashion-forward Emma positively smoulders on the red carpet. Now that’s what we call star quality.
Rex FeaturesNatalie Portman, 1995
Looking at this snap, you can see that young Natalie was bound to grow into a Hollywood beauty as the thirteen-year-old made her LA red carpet debut for Luc Besson’s Léon.
PA PhotosNatalie Portman All Grown Up
Now a 29-year-old critically acclaimed actress with more than one reason to celebrate; Natalie recently announced her first pregnancy AND bagged a Golden Globe for her role in new flick, Black Swan. There’s already talk of a Best Actress Oscar coming her way - could 2011 be her year?
Rex FeaturesRobert Pattinson, 2005
Awkward, gangly and in need of a Hollywood polish, R-Patz BT (Before Twilight) was yet to secure his place upon a million teen’s bedroom walls (and the GLAMOUR.COM office walls, for that matter).
Rex FeaturesRobert Pattinson All Grown Up
Now we’re talking! A well-cut suit, a little hair gel, a spot of manly stubble…be still our beating hearts.
Rex FeaturesTaylor Momsen, 2000
Couldn’t you just pop her in your pocket? A baby-blonde, blued-eyed, seven-year-old Taylor looks like ‘butter wouldn’t melt’ at the premiere of her movie debut, The Grinch.
Rex FeaturesTaylor Momsen All Grown Up
Now looking more and more like the poster girl for every parent’s worst nightmare, 17-year-old rock chick Taylor is more likely to be found flashing her breasts, swearing profusely and insulting everyone from Rihanna to The Pope. Who’d have thought Cindy Lou Who would grow up to be such a terror?
PA PhotosDakota Fanning, 2001
Awwww! How china doll-like is a seven-year-old Dakota? The teeny star hit the red carpet for the first time following her role in drama I Am Sam. The film made Dakota the youngest person ever to be nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. She also won the Best Young Actor/Actress award from the Broadcast Film Critics Association for her performance. Impressive, no?
PA PhotosDakota Fanning (nearly) All Grown Up
She’s still only 16, but Dakota has notched up a whopping 20 movies - including The Runaways and The Twilight Saga. What’s more, we’re totally jealous of this teen’s wardrobe!
PA PhotosHayden Panettiere, 2001
Wow - little Hayden was hardly what you’d call a quiet, shy child. Then again, the starlet began modelling at four months and acting in TV commercials at 11 months. She bagged her first US soap opera role aged five, but hit the big time playing Ally McBeal’s daughter, Maddie five years later.
PA PhotosHayden Panettiere All Grown Up
Now a pin-up to comic book geeks the world over thanks to her role as ‘The Cheerleader’ in Heroes, Hayden’s red carpet pose is a little more restrained these days.
Rex FeaturesKristen Stewart, 2002
A 12-year-old K-Stew makes her red carpet debut at the premiere of her first major motion picture, Panic Room. And bizarrely, the starlet looks less awkward and uncomfortable here!
PA PhotosKristen Stewart All Grown Up
Now a fully-fledged Hollywood goddess and style icon, 20-year-old Kristen flaunts the enviable bod and legs a’ heaven that supposedly bagged her GLAMOUR.COM’s reigning Sexiest Man Robert Pattinson. Jealous, us?
Rex FeaturesTaylor Lautner, 2005
Before Jacob, there was ’Sharkboy’. A ten-year-old Taylor attends his first LA premiere for breakout role in The Adventures Of Sharkboy And Lavagirl in 3-D - and shows off the martial arts moves and irresistibly cute good looks that caused Rolling Stone to dub him "the popular kid, jock, or bully in any movie." No mention of ‘werewolf’ mind…
PA PhotosTaylor Lautner All Grown Up
Now 18 (and therefore, it’s OK to fancy him), a shirt-shy Taylor is better known for his impressive physique and brooding good looks.
Rex FeaturesLindsay Lohan, 2001
By the time this picture was taken, a pre-teen Lindsay was already a huge Hollywood star thanks to roles in Disney flicks such as The Parent Trap, which earned her a Young Artist Award.
PA PhotosLindsay Lohan All Grown Up
But it wasn’t a plain-sailing fame journey for troubled LiLo, and fast-forward a decade, the starlet is more infamous than famous, making headlines the world over with arrests, addiction and a much-publicised stint in jail.
PA PhotosScarlett Johansson, 1998
By the time this snap of 14-year-old Scarlett was taken, she was already a red carpet pro having made her critically acclaimed movie debut four years earlier in North - a role that prompted Hollywood critics to prophesise “she could become an important actress."
PA PhotosScarlett Johansson All Grown Up
She’s still only 26, but Scarlett has over 30 movies, a handful of prestigious nominations, 13 acting awards and a Hollywood divorce under her belt. Phew.
Rex FeaturesDrew Barrymore, 1983
At only eight years old, Drew is one of the youngest actors ever to attend the Academy Awards - not to mention one of Studio 54’s youngest ever patrons (worryingly, she was already a regular at the Hollywood haunt aged nine).
PA PhotosDrew Barrymore All Grown Up
With a stint in rehab aged 13, a suicide attempt aged 14, and emancipation from her parents aged 15, Drew is one of Hollywood’s saddest, and yet most successful star stories. Now 35, the former wild child is not only one of the world’s best loved stars, but GLAMOUR.COM’s No.1 girl crush too!
Rex FeaturesDaniel Radcliffe 2001
11-year-old Daniel shows off the unique blend of geekiness and sugary-sweet cuteness that bagged him, an unknown British schoolboy, the highly-coveted role of Harry Potter in the phenomenal movie saga.
PA PhotosDaniel Radcliffe All Grown Up
The quintessential English gent, Daniel, now 21, is one of Hollywood’s highest paid leading men and, following the finale of the Harry Potter series, will no doubt be looking at more mature roles to add to his CV very soon.
Rex FeaturesRupert Grint, 2001
Cheeky redhead Rupert was already enjoying the attention ten years ago at the premiere of Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone.
PA PhotosRupert Grint All Grown Up
Now a regular on the party circuit and festival scene, 22-year-old sharply-suited Rupert is looking less and less like geeky Ron Weasley every day.
PA PhotosLeonardo DiCaprio, 1994
Aged 20 here (but looking more like 13), Leo shows off the kind of boyish good looks that earned him roles in Romeo + Juliet and Titanic - and a place on our teen bedroom walls and in our hearts forever!
PA PhotosLeonardo DiCaprio All Grown Up
Now 36, believe it or not, and Leo has shaken off his teen dream image to become one of Hollywood’s most critically acclaimed leading men and celebrated director Martin Scorcese’s golden boy. We still fancy him, mind.
Rex FeaturesElijah Wood, 1994
This snap shows a 13-year-old, undoubtedly adorable Elijah attending the 1994 Oscars, after roles in The War and Forever Young put him firmly on the Hollywood map.
PA PhotosElijah Wood All Grown Up
Now 29 - and yet still looking more like a teeny teenage boy. It was no doubt Elijah’s boyish good looks and diminutive stature that helped bag him his most-celebrated role to date as hobbit Frodo Baggins in The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy - a role he is to reprise next year in The Hobbit.
PA PhotosCamilla Belle, 1998
A tiny yet beautiful Camilla made her major motion picture debut in Jurassic Park: The Lost World, playing a privileged annoyingly-posh-accented child who gets a little too close to seemingly friendly scavengers during a beach holiday. As you do.
PA PhotosCamilla Belle All Grown Up
Now a regular on the red carpet scene and style columns, fashionista Camilla may have split from Joe Jonas last year, but she’s definitely ‘one to watch’ in 2011.
PA PhotosMischa Barton, 1999
As well as playing a pretentious child actress in Notting Hill, Mischa hit the big time playing that creepy vomiting ghost victim of Münchausen Syndrome in box office giant, The Sixth Sense, aged just 13.
PA PhotosMischa Barton All Grown Up
The actress shot to superstardom and into our hearts forever playing troubled teen Marissa is satirical California drama The O.C. However, this still proves to be Mischa’s biggest role to date, and in a case of life imitating art, the starlet is now more famous for partying, a DUI and sadly being sectioned under the mental health act in 2009.
Rex FeaturesJessica Biel, 1999
Pictured here aged 17 - and yet to find her fashion feet - Jessica had already been acting in hugely successful US sitcom 7th Heaven for three years, playing wholesome preacher’s daughter, Mary.
PA PhotosJessica Biel All Grown Up
Fast forward 12 years and Jess is now a sultry Hollywood star with a killer bod, impressive CV and bona fide sex god Justin Timberlake on her arm. Sigh - some girls have all the luck.
Rex FeaturesChristina Ricci, 1995
Isn’t she adorable? By the time this red carpet snap was taken, 14-year-old Christina (hang on a tick - 14? She looks way younger!) already had family hits Casper and The Addams Family under her belt.
PA PhotosChristina Ricci All Grown Up
Now 30, Christina is one of Hollywood’s most celebrated actresses - and still a little kooky. The fashion-conscious starlet is also recognised the world over for her impressive style.
Rex FeaturesKirsten Dunst, 1995
Aged 12, cutesy curly Kirsten had already starred - and held her own - opposite Hollywood heavyweights Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, thanks to her major motion picture debut in Interview With The Vampire.
PA PhotosKirsten Dunst All Grown Up
A quirky beauty with red carpet prowess and a penchant for indie roles, Kirsten has become one to watch in fashion AND Hollywood circles.
