These are the beauty brands supporting breast cancer awareness


October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the aim of focusing a much-needed spotlight on the issue. The increased visibility gives many charities the opportunity to raise as much money as possible to help fight the disease (which affects an estimated 55,000 women in the UK each year).
To support it, many of our favourite brands have stepped up, using their platform and their products to help make a difference. We’ve rounded up the best.

Asda has partnered with Vaseline to create a limited-edition Tickled Pink lip balm with 10% of the proceeds going directly to Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair, £78
Already a hero in skincare routines around the country, now this limited edition will help fight cancer as well as tending to complexions, with 20% of the retail price going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation until June 2020.
GHD Gold Ink On Pink Styler, £139
GHD is the gold standard in hair styling, and now it’s released two of its bestselling tools, the GHD Gold and GHD Platinum straighteners, in a limited edition Ink On Pink design. Created by tattoo artist, David Allen, who has dedicated his career to create beautiful inkings woven over the battle scars of cancer survivors, £10 from every sale will be donated to Breast Cancer Now.
Jo Malone Red Roses Cologne, £98
Throughout October, Jo Malone will be donating £20 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation from every sale of their 100ml Red Roses Cologne.

Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream Supersize, £110
They say the best things come in small packages, but Elemis’ whopper 100ml Pro-Collagen Marine Cream may just be the exception. Not only does the super size mean less packaging (you’ll need to replace it less regularly), it’s pink coating is designed to raise awareness for breast cancer research. Regardless of sales of the product, Elemis has pledged to donate £25,000 to Breast Cancer Care.

Inspired by Philip Kingsley’s wife’s own struggle with breast cancer, both the No Scent No Colour Shampoo and Conditioner were created with women undergoing chemotherapy in mind. 50p from the sale of each goes to Look Good Feel Better year round.

This ultra calming serum will soothe against pollution, environmental damage and irritation, plus 20% of the purchase price will go to the Estee Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign.

Created specifically for the Estee Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign, £5 of this pretty pink and tulle lipstick duo will go to funding cancer research.
