This season, it's all about structure. More specifically, we're obsessed with structured hairstyles, and it seems we're not the only ones.
GLAMOUR's been noticing more and more cool intricate hair updos being worn at awards ceremonies and red carpet events recently, and the rule is: the more complicated, the better.
