He weighed in: “Many have endorsed the use of PEMF, which are seen as a means of ‘reconnecting’ with a more natural energetic state, promoting physical resilience and emotional balance. There is a growing body of research, which suggests that PEMF therapy can provide health benefits, particularly when it comes to pain reduction, inflammation, and bone healing.”
However, its efficacy depends on the “frequency, intensity, waveform, and duration of treatment”, added the HUM2N founder.
Kunal also believes PEMF mats are a “support tool that work best when it’s part of a bigger routine”, such as a balanced diet, regular exercise and healthy sleep routine.
