Cala Llamp
You’ll instantly be charmed by this beautiful, traditional property – with its flower-clad walls, shuttered windows, wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiles – and of course, infinity pool. There are three bedrooms in the villa’s main house, plus one in the garden house, which also has its own kitchenette and lounge, making it a great shout for in-laws who might want a little privacy.
We particularly love the addition of a gym plus a wine cellar, so that we can do a HIIT workout after one too many glasses the night before. Less than a 10-minute drive from the boujee waterfront promenade of Port d’Andratx, there are plenty of places to go for dinner and drinks nearby.

Thalassophile’s Sanctum
When we first saw this listing, we thought we were looking at a still from Selling Sunset. After all, with its hilltop position, stunning infinity pool and mega terrace, it could just as easily be one of the luxe properties that Chrishell, Mary et al sell.
Instead, this modern four-bed could be your holiday pad, a stone’s throw from the popular tourist enclave of Alcudia in northern Mallorca. With a contemporary kitchen, huge living room complete with L-shaped leather sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere to make the most of those endless blue views, it’s a real pinch-me place. Oh, and the name of the listing? Chef’s kiss.

Bougainvillea Bolero
Framed by pink flowers and with rustic wooden window frames, Bougainvillea Bolero is picture-postcard pretty. Inside, you’ll find white walls and wooden beams, plus modern furnishings and a trendy kitchen set-up, while outside there’s a shaded terrace – perfect for an afternoon sangria or dinner under the stars.
There’s a small beach nearby, a favourite with locals that is never overrun with tourists – result. Wander to the sea front for a taverna lunch, or pick up a bike and go for a ride in La Trapa, the local nature reserve. And breathe.

Located in the pretty rural Mallorcan town of Santanyi, this rare find is a haven of peace and quiet, with extensive grounds to get lost in. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, light floods every room, with the bedrooms all boasting terrace access. There are plenty of places to sunbathe or relax in the shade outside, with numerous covered terraces, not to mention the 10-metre long pool – ideal for a quick dunk when the afternoon sun gets too much.
Mealtimes are particularly fun here, with a huge al fresco covered dining room table next to the kitchen door, so you can easily potter in and out with sharing plates or fire up some halloumi skewers on the Weber grill. Luxurious Villa Sol de Mallorca
This four-bedroom villa is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Sol de Mallorca in the south of the island. Offering stunning views of the countryside, as well as walking access to the beach, it is the perfect spot for a little R&R as a family (cots are available on request) or a chilled holiday with friends.
The highlight of the villa for us is the Insta-fabulous salt water swimming pool, with its House of Versace-esque tiling, not to mention the two covered terraces for shade-seekers and sunbathing deck for those looking to top up their tan. Guests love the attention to detail: the BBQ is loaded with coals, new toothbrushes are in the bathrooms, and there are welcome drinks and snacks on arrival.

One of the most loved properties in the area on Airbnb, this sweet one-bed is perfect for the active couple who love cycling and hiking, with bikes provided so that you can pedal down the surrounding peaceful country lanes.
Guests rave about the host, Apollonia, as well as the uniqueness of this beautiful property, which features internal brickwork throughout, including in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a good spot for exploring the local harbour with its pretty shops and traditional restaurants, while some of Mallorca’s best beaches are nearby too.

It’s no surprise that the villas in Deià – beloved by Kate Moss and Matthew Williamson – are incredibly chic, but this might be the chicest. Sleeping eight people, this farmhouse is perfect for chilled-out groups of friends who are looking to relax in beautiful surroundings – and perhaps even pick up some interiors inspo while they are at it.
Ranked as one of the top one percent of homes in the area, it’s very special indeed: think bedrooms with direct terrace access, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and a rose garden with plunge pool and al fresco shower. Bliss.
What’s more, it’s only a stones throw from the trendiest hotel in the area, the Belmond La Residencia (make sure you refer to it as ‘The Res’ though if you want to be seen as an insider), so be sure to secure a table at the town’s hottest restaurant, El Olivo – the sunsets are out of this world.

We love this stylish three-bedroom villa, located close to the turquoise waters of Mallorca’s hidden gem beach, Cala Moragues. Featuring a wine cellar (yes, really), huge outdoor living area (complete with al fresco kitchen, sofas and dining table), plus an array of daybeds and sun loungers to choose from by the infinity pool, this property has some serious Love Island villa vibes – without the drama (hopefully). There are even his and hers showers in the en suites. It’s 100 percent our type on paper.

Bookmark this one now for your next big group trip. Casa Sóller accommodates 11 people comfortably spread across four different buildings – the main house, two casitas and a studio – with two living areas to chill out in plus a huge communal outdoor dining area for family-style dinners.
The outside decor is inspired by Balinese design, with a decent-sized saltwater swimming pool and lush greenery to enjoy. We can’t imagine anywhere better for a hen do, 30th birthday or group holiday, particularly as it’s so close to up-and-coming Sóller.

Pollença Townhouse
This beautiful townhouse has been lovingly restored by its current owners, keeping original features where possible but adding contemporary flourishes when needed. Boasting what they describe as “probably one of the coolest patios in Mallorca”, the swimming pool is framed by sun loungers on one side and a long dining table on the other, with a chic upstairs terrace that is ideal for sundowners or dinner under the stars.
In fact, there are terraces on all three levels, so there are plenty of places to relax outside. The top floor can be used as a separate flat, if you so wish – perfect for casting the canoodling couple or friends with the newborn baby too.

Ca Nostra de Esporlas
Located just 10 minutes from Palma, this beautiful two-storey villa is ideal for getting the best of both worlds, the city and the countryside. With five en suite bedrooms, it easily sleeps 10 people, and has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and games room complete with table football. That said, you’ll probably want to spend most of your time in the amazing outdoor area, which features an Art Deco-inspired swimming pool, a large terrace with sun loungers and even a pond (with fish!).
Start your day with some morning yoga on the second-floor terrace and watch the sunrise over the mountains before finishing with sundowners and a BBQ by the pool.

Ever since our The OC addiction in the 2010s, we’ve always dreamed of having a pool house. Now, finally, our dreams can come true: albeit sadly with no Ryan Atwood in situ. This chic one-bed villa in rural Inca benefits from an additional pool house, with a changing room and shower, so that you can freshen up there before heading back to the main house, if you want to. Another fun feature is the pool diving board, which is more for lazing on than jumping off, to be honest. When you’re all pool-ed out, head to one of the local beaches at Alcudia, a 20-minute drive away.

Summer Crush
This villa comes with a guaranteed sun tan. Why? Because not only does it have ample sunbathing spots dotted throughout the extensive grounds, but it’s even got a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy nothing but uninterrupted sun. Inside you’ll find a traditional Mallorcan finca, with tiled floors, white walls and wooden beamed ceilings, not to mention all the mod-cons you’ve come to expect in 2025 too. But the real thing that recommends it is the location.
Far less known than the tourist hot spots of Pollença, Palma or Deià, Inca has lots of artisan history, with beautiful wine cellars and leather shops to explore in the pedestrianised town centre.

It’s easy to imagine yourself as a local at this rustic four-bedroom home, set close to the storybook streets of Llubí in the rural heart of Mallorca. Start your days with an espresso outside, before heading for a hike along one of the local trails, or perhaps a swim in the pool.
There’s a cosy living room, complete with rocking chairs and a fireplace, while the shaded outdoor terrace is perfect for an afternoon doze or an evening sundowner. Our top tip is to hire a car so that you can use the central location as a base from which to explore the rest of the island.

Close to the pretty coastal enclave of Santanyi, you’re only a short drive from the beach at Cala Mondregó, though the property has its own fabulous infinity pool so you are forgiven if you just fly and flop straight here. We particularly love the rustic straw parasols around the pool, as well as the wicker furniture at the outdoor dining table. With plenty of spots to enjoy the sunshine, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a restful break with a few girlfriends.

A tranquil retreat in the picturesque medieval town of Artá, this two-bedroom farmhouse is ideal for a quiet girls' trip or a small family holiday (baby gear, like high chairs and cots, can be provided on request). Soak in gorgeous views of the dramatic mountainscape (complete with a fairytale castle) from the swimming pool, or laze on the sun loungers and enjoy some peace and quiet. For a change of scenery, head to the pretty sandy beach, Platja de Canyame,l nearby, or the weekly market in the town, 2km away.

This two-bedroom finca with sweet garden sleeps four and the hosts can provide all the gear needed for little ones too. Situated in the eternally chic enclave of Deià, it gives you the option of heading out for dinner and drinks at a trendy restaurant if you fancy, though you’ve got everything you could possibly need on site.
The host can organise fridge fills, private chefs and massages, all of which you should definitely take advantage of. A word of caution: this property has no air con, just ceiling fans, so it’s best for early summer rather than when the mercury is reaching 40.

Be at the heart of everything at this lovingly restored period townhouse bang in the centre of Mallorca’s cosmopolitan capital. Set over five floors (including a stunning roof terrace looking out across the cityscape) you’ll find vintage artworks, local knick-knacks and antique furnishings galore within – suffice to say this isn’t the place to stay with kids, rather with girlfriends who appreciate the finer things in life.
Our favourite part of the property is the living room, with its open plan kitchen and dining space, plus super comfy sofa.
