Getty ImagesAt the 2017 Grammy Awards Adele rocked a loose textured updo styled by celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton using Color Wow products.
“I was inspired by how glam Adele is but I wanted to keep the look soft and natural,” says Appleton. “I wanted to create texture for the first look so we could easily transition to her performance look which was a piecey textured lob.”
Getty ImagesFor Adele’s opening performance at the GRAMMY Awards, Chris used a large barrel curling iron and hit it with the hair dryer to give it shine for the stage. Since it was pinned up top the hair already had volume at the roots. To give it that piecey look, he ran his fingers through it and scrunched to keep the volume.
Getty ImagesFor the third and final look for the 2017 GRAMMY Awards, Chris Appleton did a simple and elegant topknot. "I wanted a romantic style to complement the tribute - the volume and texture we had created earlier were the perfect bases for this look,” says Appleton. I used a hair dryer for volume and finished the look with Color Wow Pop and Lock to amp up the shine and gloss."
GettyAt the 2016 BRIT awards, Adele went for a slightly different look makeup-wise. She stood out with her bold red lips, rather than the nude hues she usually wears. We are also crushing on her freshly-cut bob, which was looking extra choppy and textured.
GettyThe singer showed off her gorgeous choppy bob again at the 2016 GRAMMY awards - with a bit of a lighter shade, perhaps?
As well as her hair, we LOVE her simple but chic makeup too. And guess what? We know which products were used to create the look! Her signature feline flick was created with Giorgio Armani Liquid Maestro Liquid Liner, while her pretty flushed cheeks are thanks to Giorgio Armani Maestro Fushion Blush in #300. Last, but not least, is her lipgloss; it was revealed that L'Oreal Paris' Infalliable Pro-Matte Gloss in Bare Attraction was used.
WennDebuting a brand new shorter bob on the final of the X Factor 2015, Adele proved once again that she is the queen of cool in more ways than one.
Getty ImagesThe singer's hair just keeps getting better and better. Adele combined her signature feline flick with gorgeous tousled waves and a smile, of course!
GettyAdele wowed on Jimmy Fallon's TV show, and it was all down to that hair. The caramel highlights, the flattering length and the feathered bob cut. Not to mention, the slight ombré effect.
