We've been keeping a very close eye on all things Zendaya during the Dune: Part Two press cycle, because, well, it's Zendaya, and she's always bringing the beauty inspo. The cast has been touring the globe to promote the sci-fi sequel, and true to form, Zendaya has been pulling out all the stops with her hair, makeup and wardrobe. Each red carpet moment has been better than the last, but her latest look may just be my favourite yet.
For a recent visit to Seoul, South Korea, the actor and her stylist Tai Simon opted for loose, full curls versus the pulled-back styles she's been wearing throughout much of the Dune cycle, including an extra-, extra-long braid and wet-look updo.
Her hair was parted deeply to one side and tucked casually behind one ear, with her curls hitting just above her collarbone. There's just something about a curly lob that hits so right — especially with the unzipped, off-the-shoulder pastel pink leather jumpsuit.
In 2022, Zendaya cut her hair into a cute bob that hit slightly below her jawline, then switched it up with flowing, hip-length waves for a surprise Coachella performance in early 2023. But for the most part, the star was having fun with shorter length for much of that year (with a few deviations, like her butt-length straight hair for a Louis Vuitton show) and it looks like she's sticking to the lob life for 2024. Hey, that's one thing Zendaya and I have in common!
The curls aren't the only thing I love about this look, either. Can we talk about her brows for a sec? The actor's eyebrows look like they were sculpted by the gods themselves; they're full, defined, and shaped to perfection.
The brows anchored a soft pink and peach makeup look similar to the pastel pink outfit, with peachy blush on the apples of her cheeks, a hint of baby pink on her eyes, and a slick of pale pink gloss. (Her costar Timothée Chalamet donned an identical blue jumpsuit, which was pretty cute in its own right.)
The best part about the Dune: Part Two press cycle thus far is that Zendaya and her costar Florence Pugh never stick to one style too long; we're constantly guessing what they'll wear and how they'll do their hair for this red carpet or that photocall.
