We are officially halfway through season three of Bridgerton (those last four episodes truly cannot come soon enough) and we are all in full regencycore mode. Corsets! Skirts! Sleeves! Frills!
If you are still desperate to surround yourself with all things Bridgerton, there's no better way than walking in the footsteps of the Featheringtons and Bridgertons themselves — yes, we are talking about actually visiting the Bridgerton filming locations.
The hit Netflix show is shot in a variety of historic homes and estates around the country. It also uses the streets of Bath as some of its outdoor backdrops. In other words, there are plenty of places that you can visit for yourself — we promise, you'll get some great Instagram-worthy Bridgerton-ified shots while you're there.
Bridgerton season three casts a spotlight on the show’s most enigmatic sibling. Here’s what we know about where her story leads in the books.

So, dearest reader, we bring you the Bridgerton filming locations.
Where is Bridgerton filmed?
The Royal Crescent, Bath
This famous street in Bath can be spotted in all three seasons of Bridgerton, doubling as Regency-era Mayfair. No.1 Royal Crescent is also used as the Featherington household, so you'll be seeing it a lot in this season, which hones in on Penelope Featherington's love story. Luckily for Bridgerton fans, the house is also a museum that “has been decorated and furnished just as it might have been during the period 1776-1796” — in other words, it looks an awful lot like it does in the show.
Abbey Green, Bath
This quaint little street in Bath stands in for a quiet street in the Bridgerton world. The Abbey Deli is transformed into Modiste's dress shop, where Penelope begins her glow-up in season 3. Head to the Abbey Deli to find a few pieces of Modiste-themed merchandise.
Chiswick House, London
Lord Burlington's 18th century villa, Chiswick House features extensive gardens and grounds beyond its impressive facades. This location has been used for a number of seasons across all three seasons of the show. Located in West London, Chiswick House is open to the public and can even be hired as a wedding venue.
Ranger's House, London
Ranger's House, a Georgian villa located near Greenwich in London, serves as the exterior of the Bridgerton family home. The house is decorated in the Georgian style and is home to hundreds of impressive works of art, so it's well worth a visit.

Hampton Court Palace
Hampton Court Palace, once home to King Henry VIII, can be spotted in a few Bridgerton scenes. In previous seasons, the Privy Garden and the Fountain Court have provided backdrops for a number of outdoor scenes set at Queen Charlotte's palace. This season, it can be spotted in the Greek Myths ballet during the Queen's Ball.
Claydon House
Claydon House, an 18th century estate with sprawling gardens, is used throughout Bridgerton season 3.
Grimsthorpe Castle
You'll spot this stately home in Lincolnshire during the Innovations Ball scene in this season of Bridgerton. As Lucie Voncarthy from the castle said to the BBC, “The last time filming took place was 1995 so we were all so excited to see the castle on the big screen. We had code names for the show, and we had to just keep the secret.” She added, “A lot of the actors said the castle was the most beautiful location they had filmed at. I hope being in the show will bring a new crowd and a new demographic [to Grimsthorpe].”
Wilton House
Wilton House appears throughout all three seasons of Bridgerton, serving as a location for many of Queen Charlotte's scenes. You might also recognise the estate from your other favourite period dramas. It appears in Pride and Prejudice, Emma and The Crown.
Squerryes Court
Squerryes Court is a private home to the Warde family – however, in 2022, the cast of Bridgerton descended upon the house to film. “It was a fascinating experience to watch the Bridgerton team transform the garden into the set and we're looking forward to seeing those scenes once part one of the new series is released on May 16th,” said owner Henry Warde. “We'll be looking closely to see if our dog Inca appears in the final edit!” The home is not open to the public.
Belton House, Lincolnshire
This grand 17th century estate features expansive gardens that were perfect for Bridgerton's third season. “[Belton] was a really fantastic find for us,” said Tony Hood, Supervising Location Manager from Netflix to the National Trust. “It’s a property with really lovely grounds. The interiors really do lean towards this period. It’s run by a small and dedicated team, and they hadn’t done any filming there since the mid-2000s.”
The show used several spots around the property, including the Italian Garden, Orangery, the Marble Hall, scullery and kitchen corridors. They even planted a real vegetable garden just for the show.
“All areas were highly dressed with props, particularly the kitchen which became a lab,” said Ian Cooper, General Manager at Belton House. “Viewers may not realise some scenes were shot at Belton, including the King’s bedroom, which was shot in the Marble Hall. The crew completely transformed this room, with new flooring, walls, and coverings over the windows.”
