Well, you and your furry friend could be chatting away merrily in the not-too-distant, because British pet store Fetch is now pioneering a 'smart' dog collar that promises to translate barks into actual human language.
Dubbed WhatsYapp (JOY!), the collar connects to your phone and messages you every time your dog makes a sound. The tech is still in development, but we are VERY excited about this. What we'd also like to see: a cat collar that lets our feline overlords tell us exactly how we could improve our service. Over to you, science.
