Christine Quinn, move over! Netflix has released a new trailer for the Selling Sunset spin-off Selling The OC, and the drama is through the roof!

The show will follow Jason and Brett Oppenheim as they set up a new branch of their legendary brokerage in affluent Orange County, California.

And it looks like the new cast has learnt a thing or two about making great reality television viewing from the OGs back in Los Angeles, as the two-minute-long trailer shows some serious rivalries, gossip, and of course, the most stunning real estate porn ever.

The key difference between the spin-off and the original series is that there are several male agents in the new show - and they are not scared about getting involved in mayhem themselves.

First off, what drama does the Selling The OC trailer promise?

The trailer shows the glamorous agents as they take their clients to view some of the most extravagant properties we have ever seen, while the “ringing of the bell” is also a staple at the OC office following a successful sale.

“To good vibes, and taking over the OC as well,” one agent declares during a group dinner before the trailer dramatically branches off to focus on the go-getting personalities of each agent.

“I am the top dog here at the Oppenheim Group,” one says, while another acknowledged, “I'm definitely competitive when it comes to my business."

Work drama aside, personal lives clash, as one agent admits to feeling “ganged up on”, while elsewhere, rumours are spread of some female agents sleeping with developers to get listings. Oh, tensions are certainly simmering!

How is Selling The OC different from the original Selling Sunset?

The big news is that the new branch will have male estate agents, as well as women. It is the 21st century, after all. Confirming the news, the show's creator Adam DiVello told Tudum, "It’s a cast of guys and girls, which is different," adding, "The cast is just wild, right from the jump; they don’t hold back. They don’t have any filters. They say what they’re thinking. And it’s a very drama-filled season."

Sounds good to us! However, before we get to the blokes, we thought we'd have a nosey at all the new female cast members joining Selling The OC

When is the release date?

Selling The OC will hit Netflix on 24 August. This is not one to be missed, so happy viewing!

Who is the new cast of Selling The OC?

Alexandra Hall

Alexandra "Alex" Hall is "living in heaven selling the OC," according to her Instagram bio. The agent has a background in interior design, which we can only imagine helps her pull in those big bucks with her staging skills when selling houses.

Kayla Cardona

Kayla Cardona is originally from Orange County and she's determined to close big deals this season - but, I mean, what's new? According to her profile on the Oppenheim website, she started working with the highest-rated team on Zillow before becoming an award-winning agent in the top 1% of her company. Impressive stats, right?

When she's not sharing her latest listings on social media, she's posting photos of her workouts, friends, and 15-year-old son Jordan.

Polly Brindle

Polly Brindle was born and raised in England (YES, doing it for the Brits) before moving to America after being scouted for a modelling gig at age 15. Her profile on the Oppenheim Group says that she fell in love with architecture while living in different countries across Europe.

When announcing the show, she told her followers, "Sooo I did a thing…SO excited to finally let the cat out of the bag…💫❤️."

Lauren Brito

Lauren Brito describes herself as "your local homegirl". She has a lot to be excited about these days as she's getting ready to tie the knot with her fiancé and if the photos from her bridal shower are anything to go by, it's going to be some party.

Alexandra Jarvis

The next Alexandra: Originally from Alabama, Alexandra Jarvis is not only a real estate agent but also works as a model and attorney. Talk about multi-hyphenate, right? Oh, and on top of all of this, she's getting married soon, too.

"This has been such a fun secret to keep! 😆," she told her followers. "We’re taking ‘Selling’ to the coastline of Orange County."

Alexandra attended Auburn University for undergrad and University of California at Irvine's law school, her O Group profile says.

Alexandra Rose

They say that three's a charm, and it looks like that is certainly the case when it comes to Alexander number three, who is set to bring her finance and economics degree (she fancy) to the frontlines of the Orange County real estate game. According to the Oppenheim Group, she brought in close to $100 million in sales during her first four years on the job.

While she spent her high school years in Dallas, Texas, Alexandra was excited to return to her California roots and sell some houses, her profile says. I mean, she certainly knows how to stage a good Insta shot…
