As we all know, Selfies are now a thing, even our parents know what one is, for crying out loud. And let's not forget, Selfie was named as the word of 2013 by Oxford Dictionaries. But recent research suggests there could be a new trend on the rise - the Couplie.

According to One4All, the #Couplie, a photo taken with a significant other, is on the rise across social media streams. They've looked into the new hashtag trend and apparently #Couplie started to take off in November 2013 and has since seen a 140% rise.
Um, is there some sort of petition that we can sign to stop this #Couplie nonsense from happening?
