Ryan Gosling proved he was more than Ken-ough as he sent Barbie director Greta Gerwig the most epic birthday surprise ever.
The 42-year-old actor hilariously sent Greta a flash mob of Barbies and Kens for her 40th birthday, which was seen in a clip shared to the pink-themed movie's official Instagram account.
In the video, Greta was seen looking visibly surprised as a Ken actor started singing Ryan's hit song from the movie I'm Just Ken before the rest of the group walked in during what appeared to be the middle of the director's pilates class. The group also went on to perform Dua Lipa's Dance the Night Away, which was also featured in the movie.

"Happy Birthday Greta!" the group shouted at the end while she clapped and hugged each member, overcome with emotion.
Greta then asked, "That was so beautiful. Who are you?" before the voice behind the camera said: "Guess who planned this?"
When she admitted she had "no idea", the voice said, "think of a bagpiper", which was in reference to the time Ryan Gosling sent a man playing the bagpipes to a sleepover Greta had arranged, which he couldn't attend.
The caption for the clip read: "As Kens know…. Sometimes the only way to express your feelings is through song & dance! Ken Ryan sent these special Barbies and Kens to start Greta's birthday with all the feelings!!"
Fans were equally thrilled with the flashmob, with one person commenting: "Ryan always the same off set and on! sweetest soul ever making birthdays the best 😭 loved this & the barbie movie! happy birthday GRETA ❤️."
Another gushed: "Ryan is so cute. 😂😂 Happy Birthday Greta!" while a third added: "This made me cry tears of joy this Barbie is a musical loving Pilates princess."
It's Barbie's world and we're just living in it.

As well as her birthday, Greta is undoubtedly enjoying the fruits of her labour as Barbie has officially become the highest-grossing film directed by a woman ever.
Until recently, this accolade had been held by Patty Jenkins, who's 2017 Wonder Woman film grossed $822.8million (£648 million) at the box office worldwide after its release. In contrast, Greta's Barbie has surpassed $1billion worldwide at the box office, making it (rightly so) the biggest film debut of the year. Major.
With Greta saving cinema, we hope she has inspired Hollywood execs to carry on putting their trust in female filmmakers who can bring much-needed stories to life.
