Rush might be about Formula 1 racing cars but, last night at the film's premiere, it was all about the stars who turned up on the red carpet.
Chief among them was Chris Hemsworth and Olivia Wilde, who play tempestuous couple James Hunt and his model-wife Susie Miller in the 70s biopic.
For the premiere, Olivia opted for a plunging trouser suit by Gucci, which she accessorised with heels and cherry-red lipstick. We weren't surprised to see the actress in the label - Gucci created all the designs for the biopic.
Chris Hemsworth, meanwhile, attended with his wife Elsa Pataky, who wore a black backless Elie Saab jumpsuit, as she was snapped next to her handsome husband in a pinstriped Gucci suit. The pair, who have a 15-month daughter, enjoyed a romantic PDA on the red carpet.
Chris stars as playboy British F1 driver James Hunt, who is willing to risk everything to win, especially against his arch rival, German driver Niki Lauda, played by Daniel Bruhl. Talking about starring in the biopic, Chris revealed: "I guess, playing a real-life character, there's a huge responsibility and weight on your shoulders to do that person justice and memory of that person."
Among the film's stars to attend the premiere were Alexandra Maria Lara, who plays the wife of Niki Lauda. The Romanian actress turned up with real-life husband Sam Riley and debuted her growing baby bump on the red carpet.
Mark Ronson was also in attendance at the glamorous event in Leicester Square. His wife Josephine de La Baume appears as Agnes Bonnet in Rush.
Liam Hemsworth was a surprise guest at the premiere. He was there supporting his older brother Chris, but there was no sign of Liam's fiancée Miley Cyrus following her controversial performance at the MTV Awards last month.
As well as the film's stars there were also guests from the world of F1 and fashion. Jensen Button seemed right at home with a racing helmet as he posed in front of an F1 car
And models Naomi Campbell and Poppy Delevingne also took a walk down the red carpet.
