Roxie Nafousi is the ultimate queen of manifesting. If you follow her on Instagram, you will know that the self-development coach uses her powers of self-belief and positive thinking to attract wonderful things into her life.
She even has written a whole book on the topic, entitled MANIFEST, which is a Sunday Times Bestseller - so she definitely knows what she's talking about. So much so that the author will be part of a team of panellists hosting the upcoming empowering events called Lillet x AllBright present… Soirée & Spritz.
In a world where females are pressured to "have it all", Lillet - French Spritz and AllBright, a women's member's club in Mayfair, are teaming up for the event, which will provide women with the tools to follow their intuitions with guidance and advice given from empowered women who practice what they preach.
Could it really get your ex to text you?

This two-part panel event series, hosted by a range of influential women in the fashion and wellness worlds, will spark honest conversations on how women can embrace opportunity and express their true selves, with the Roxie hosting an event on the 27th of September.
Ahead of the event, GLAMOUR UK caught up with Roxie Nafousi to discuss her involvement with the event and why she feels so passionate about manifesting...

You've made manifesting a major way of life, but we love to have our finger on the pulse at GLAMOUR and would love to know the next big wellness/manifestation trend that you're touting. Can you tell us more about it?
I will start by saying that although manifesting has had a lot of attention recently, it isn't a trend but a way of living; it's a self-development practice. So, for me, I think manifesting is here to stay!
What surprising ways can you manifest, and how can our readers do that?
Honestly, I don't think there is anything that you can't manifest (unless it's totally out of your control, i.e. winning the lottery!). It is the most incredible practice, and I still constantly surprise myself – I put things on my vision boards that are so far out of reach, but I follow my unique seven-step guide that I lay out in my book, MANIFEST: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life, and they happen!
A crucial step is looking inward and asking, "what does a fulfilled life look like to ME?" and that's exactly what we'll be discussing at the Soirée & Spritz panel talk I'm hosting in partnership with Lillet and AllBright on the 27th September, I'd love to see some of your readers there! Tickets can be purchased here.
What three things should we all do to start our day off on a positive note?
Wake up early enough that you aren't rushing through your morning, repeat a positive mantra, and make time for some mindful movement (walk, stretch, exercise, yoga).
What are the three things we should do before bed?
Put your phone away for at least thirty minutes for bed, do a visualisation meditation, and journal.

Your involvement in the Lillet Soirée & Spritz event is all about discovering our own unique versions of a fulfilled life. How can manifestation help us here, and what can ticket buyers expect to learn at the event?
"The first step of manifesting is about understanding what you really want, getting in touch with your most authentic desires and recognising what will bring you fulfilment. To do this, we have to remove the noise: what society tells us we should want, what other people want for us, or even what we used to want. Instead, we need to work to understand what actually makes us happy and what we actually want from life. I can't wait to talk more about this at the event on the 27th of September because I think it's such an important part of not just manifestation but our overall well-being and quality of life. "
The cost-of-living crisis is causing anxiety among our readers. What is your advice to wade through it positively?
There are always going to be things in our life that we cannot control, and life is always going to present us with challenges and obstacles, but we do have the power to focus on the things that we can control; our mindset, our behaviours, our reactions and the meaning we attach to things that happen in our lives.
We can train our brains to focus on the good and cultivate an attitude of gratitude, we can remain hopeful, we can do what we can to make the best of any situation we are in, and we can empower ourselves to make positive and lasting changes in our lives. Manifesting allows us to do all of that – it's not just about setting and reaching goals, it's about making the life we have feel more manageable, more joyous and helping us to heal so that we can feel better day-to-day.
No matter what anyone tells you, we don’t all have the same 24 hours as Beyoncé.
