What? Housing over 160 gins, tonic brand Fever-Tree's ultimate G&T pop-up is the perfect place to find your dream G&T. It's in town until the 26 July, so get down there while you can. The bar staff are real gin experts, so go with an open mind and ready to learn a lot more about your favourite drink.
What's the crowd? East-London cool and city workers off-duty; the bar was absolutely packed when we arrived at 7.30 so book ahead to be sure of a table.

We drank… The G&T menu is extensive; but don't worry if you can't decide, just tell the bar team your gin likes and loathes and they'll find your dream drink date. We'd recommend the 'Dorothy Parker' for a light and summery Elderflower-mixed G&T, complete with edible flowers. If you'd like to try a few gins, the 'G&T Flights' are a great option; four gins with four mixers so you can try them all and mix and match to make the perfect drink. The flight is £15 and £2 from each flight will be donated to Malaria No More (making your delicious evening drink completely guilt-free: bonus).
